Leading crystal designer Swarovski was planning to launch their newest collection of jewelry for their fall and winter product launch. With nearly 200 guests to impress, including buyers and company employees, Swarovski needed to dazzle attendees with a memorable experience that would reflect their latest collection of crystal. To accomplish this, Swarovski planned an exclusive Crystal Tales themed gala.
A crucial element for Swarovski’s product launch was to select a venue somewhere new and luxurious to reflect the dazzling experience they would need to create for their attendees. To achieve this, Swarovski trusted Freeman to collaboratively select the perfect venue partner to host this important occasion, Hotel X in Toronto. Additionally, they turned to Freeman’s Special Events and Entertainment division to provide décor and entertainment solutions that would create memorable moments and an engaging experience for their guests.
To enhance the already upscale venue space, Freeman provided décor elements including diamond back dining chairs, custom themed table settings with bedazzled centerpieces, star-like lit trees throughout the room, and a Swarovski step and repeat backdrop. A custom branded vinyl graphic was installed to the dance floor and bar, completing the look and following Swarovski brand guidelines. In addition to décor, Freeman provided entertainment consisting of performances by an elegant ballerina, ice skater that performed on an artificial ice rink, and a contemporary dancer. A photo booth with crystal tales themed props was the perfect addition for guests to enjoy throughout the evening!
Swarovski’s Crystal Tales Gala caught everyone’s eye with something to talk about from the moment attendees entered the room. Guests were wined and dined with gourmet appetizers and cocktails in a space that reflected the dazzle of Swarovski’s newest collection. Guests commented on the magical feel of the evening, stating they felt like they were attending a magical ball. Photos and video were posted on social media, building hype and creating buzz for this new product line.
