Although the TORONTO 2015 Pan/Parapan Am Games don’t officially kick off until July 10, Freeman Audio Visual has been providing audio visual and presentation technology support for several events and sub-events leading up to the Games since 2013.

The organizing committee, TO2015, required a wide range of event services including projection, sound, LED lighting, computers, staging, lasers, projection mapping, simultaneous interpretation and much more.

Pictured above is the Pan American Sports Organization (PASO) Executive Committee Meeting and General Assembly, comprised of three separate meetings, which took place in 2013. Four-hundred delegates from across the globe attended. The Assembly also featured the Bid Cities meals where Lima, Peru, was awarded the 2019 Pan Am Games by vote.

Pictured above is a Pan Am TO2015 Chefs de Mission of the National Olympic Committees (NOC) and National Paralympic Committees (NPC) seminar in preparation for the Games. There were two separate seminars which took place in 2014.

Freeman Audio Visual will be providing similar technical support for the PASO Executive Committee Meeting and General Assembly, which will consist of two separate meetings, in July 2015, and the Americas Paralympic Committee (APC) in August 2015.

We will also be providing simultaneous interpretation equipment in English, French and Spanish for the Main Press Centre at Pan Am Park and Athletes Press Centre in the Athletes Village during the Games.
