Joining Freeman in 2011, Shamus brings more than 20 years’ experience—from equipment knowledge to hotel experience to venue relationships—to each of his clients. He develops close working relationships with them, fully understanding their needs and expectations, and he strives toward the goal of flawless event execution.
In the ever-changing world of technology, he understands that you’re only as good as your last event; therefore, he stays on the leading edge of audiovisual solutions, ensuring his clients have access to the newest technologies—within their financial parameters—that will improve their events.
Shamus also works closely with Freeman colleagues to guarantee they have the full support of the entire enterprise and the complete range of products and services available to them. He leads by example, always teaching that customer service—and the client—is the number-one priority. He is dedicated to clients from show open to close, ensuring that issues are quickly and easily resolved. Understanding his clients’ needs and developing close working relationships has helped clients like Cameco, the University of Saskatchewan and the Huskies Football Club achieve and maintain success.
