Starting with Freeman in 2004, Jay brings an impressive resume to the table. From working on both sides of the aisle to being proficient in developing strategic sales plans to having a storied sales history, he is experienced in all facets of sales management and has a proven track record of success. With every event, he strives to create and deliver a brand experience that has a positive impact for the audience—which may include employees, partners, customers, and vendors. He is dedicated to his clients’ success—which may be measured in an improved return on investment or the growth of future events—and has the support of the Freeman enterprise to assist him in achieving his goals.

Jay’s strengths lie in his ability to develop productive, cross-functional client relationships and in developing sound tactical plans to grow his clients’ businesses and achieve superior results. He understands the importance of developing strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Collaborative by nature, Jay enjoys working with colleagues to develop audiovisual and staging environments that let clients effectively communicate their messages. With a wide range of skill sets across his Client Solutions Group—including client relationship professionals, technical solutions experts, and logistics administrators—Jay leads his organization in developing new and exciting ways to engage audiences and grow business.

Jay is a member of Meeting Professionals International and the Professional Convention Management Association. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, including those in the banking, professional services, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.
