Bernard Carignan

As the regional director of Freeman Audio Visual’s eastern region, Bernard strives every day to deepen the company’s relationships with executives and senior levels at convention centers and venues, as well as large audiovisual accounts. He is focused on ensuring each client’s complete satisfaction, which he does by identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement and exploring new partnership and revenue opportunities. In an industry where we face increased competition and aggressive offers, Bernard helps Freeman stand out from the crowd by offering innovative, customized services and dedicated resources.

With Freeman since 2001, Bernard has served all major convention centers and venues as well as some of the largest audiovisual accounts in Canada’s eastern region. He is a member of many organizations, including the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal and the Association des MBA du Québec. He served as director on the Board of Tourism Montreal from 2006 to 2012 and was responsible for generating a greater, dynamic presence in the Montreal business community.

It’s always Bernard’s goal to create lasting client relationships that give Freeman the opportunity to help clients grow their business through partnering with us for events. His commitment to high-quality products and services, combined with collaborating with clients to truly understand their needs and goals, helps him build strong alliances that result in unforgettable events.

Day in and day out, it is my goal to provide clients with an unforgettable audiovisual customer service experience. We accomplish this by actively building and maintaining cooperative work relationships that support our business goals.
